WASCAL Observation Networks constitute a data collection infrastructure for making available ground-precision data composed of human-manned and automatic meteorological and hydrological ground stations and sensors installed in WASCAL member countries (transboundary observation networks) and in WASCAL research and services implementation testbeds (WASCAL basins) and pilot sites (mesoscale observation networks).
